I hope it's a single story bistro and public washrooms or some small park pavilion and not anything of significance. Would be a strange place for office or residential.
That's so frickin cool. Calgary no longer has a monopoly on trains shooting out from under libraries.

That space specifically is a reception hall (obviously the roof aspect changed since).

Thanks. It will have a pretty spectacular view. With the tight budgets these days, it seems they could create a pretty decent revenue stream if they manage that properly.
That and hopefully opening up the parking garage during event days at the Events Centre.
