I actually disagree, Phase 1 isn't exactly a master piece, but it craps all over this Phase 2 piece of junk. This is patently awful.

I like the repositioning of the internal courtyard into a corner POPS. More fitting for this stretch of the waterfront and I expect it will get good usage.

HP Sauce are one of the better firms in this city, IMO. But like with everything else here, they're limited to what the developers want.

...and like with everything else, materials go a long way in hitting any project home, are the first things to get nixed by said developers looking at their bottom lines.
