This property goes right up to the park. The building itself does not.

I would love for another development to bookend the other side of the park. I also dream of this park becoming more of a iconic landmark maybe with better lighting, sculptures, and water features.

The Aurum offices east of the park do have a land use in. Granted that property isn't right against the park.

Overall, this is a win. Could have used bigger windows throughout. Could have been taller. I'll be curious to see the colour in real life because in pictures it looks like a miss. I'm wondering how the crucial 17th Av streetscape will turn out.
