This is a great concept would love to see more of these buildings pop up to fulfill the housing demand in Toronto. People opposing these have limited capacity to think past their selfishness!!! For Toronto to grow it needs new housing not the junky old semis everywhere.

‘Hallam is the new Ossington!’ I imagine that the proponent will add a few storeys as the building code is going to be updated or he can get an exemption. Either way, this street is ground zero for multiplexes.
