The grid of the balconies on the tower looks good next to the lattice facade on the older tower next door.
That transitions well from the solid limestone facing University to the new glass box up top.

when do you guys place your bets on when this building will finish? it's been under construction since 2019... commercial lease for Q4 2027... I want to place my bets for 2028 June for occupancy!

I'm getting the sense that it'll "finish" in phases. The podium building seems to being worked on independently now. I could see the building along University and along Dundas opening towards the end of this year while the tower continues on Centre Ave and Edward until late 2027.
I for one look forward to the removal of the container that's been there before the pandemic and the opening of the new St. Patrick station entrance .

It'll be a godsend when this thing finishes. The poor excuse for sidewalks along the Dundas frontage is an absolutely infuriating
