Probably around end of September for start of foundation.
True, but unfortunately the real problem is property owners who deliberately let their buildings fall into disrepair so that they have an excuse to tear them down. It's much too easy to demolish a building of heritage value. In all fairness, the Gresham building was quite dilapidated and was to the point of being condemned.
The population has barely increased. So few apartments and townhomes developments, I do not imagine the community can support a grocery-anchor tenant yet. Will need to see more residential density to support it i would imagine with EV Superstore.Inglewood could probably support an urban format grocer similar to the Save On in the Beltline.
Not only has the neighborhood population been increasing, but there is a fair bit of drive by traffic heading from DT to Blackfoot/Deerfoot.
