Not incorporating any colour at the ground level is a huge missed opportunity. Could have been a place people really want to visit and photograph, but it just looks like a windswept office park. It would be one thing if it was just another development, but to call it Artists Alley and then make it all grey is just sad.
 
No businesses have moved in...it's a very depressing, windswept, empty pathway and will remain so until either tenants come in, or well..they build a park at the fenced off lot off St. Patrick. (I assume that's under the purview of the City)
I use it sometimes to get to work...it's pretty unimpressive atm.
Also, many of the paver stones are getting misaligned and shifting, I assume due to lousy workmanship and well, shifting land.
 
I don't think that's surprising at all. We've just come out of one of the hardest winters in years and few new businesses are looking to open under such circumstances.
