They look messier in every new rendering. Very busy and cluttered and hard to decipher a visual pattern to the balconies. Podium still looks nice though.
 
Yah I'm confused what actual materials will be used on the towers. Some pics suggest panels with a matte finish, others are glossy spandrel? Some look like it's going to be actual mirrors.

Some pics it looks like matte finish panels, but in the closer up pics, it shows spandrel, so that would be what my money is on.
 
Last ditch effort, as the brick change suggestion worked and it seems to be around the BP timeframe. Whatever material is being used for the white on the balconies would look really good in a bronze or similar tone. Only do it if it is cost effective and an easy change. Would warm it up, make it feel more current and differentiate the project from all of the other monotone (black-white or charcoal-white) towers completed recently. Especially for a for-sale project looking to sell right now.

But black spandrel + bronze balconies... no good.
