Apparently this is now a 3-storey building with ground floor commercial and 10 residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Since it's 10 units or less, Site Plan Approval is not required (though I didn't think that applies to mixed-use buildings). Nonetheless, there is nothing on the AIC website.

Couldn't Lamb have at least used a faux-brick precast for the frontage so that this wasn't a big black box?
 
IMO the city would benefit from more human-scale projects working out economically. That being said, this is extremely small and I'm surprised it pencils out. The land must have been cheap
