Does anyone know if the builder will force interim occupancy for this building? They 'promised' no interim fees that they would close same time as move in but checking if anyone has received any updates ? Currently closing is end of July. It doesn't look like the building will be fully complete by then.

It will not. I would say the first tranche of units won't be ready until late summer / early fall at minimum.
