Looks good, clean solid surfaces from the heritage continue up the tower in a complementary colour. Nice to see more proposals without all glass.

And jeez what a contrast from that first proposal...
 

Resubmission with the following stat changes:
  • Total units increased from 517 to 531
  • Height increased slightly from 146.2 to 147.25m
  • Minor GFA reduction
  • Minor unit mix redistribution
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 34 to 31
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 583 to 585

I think this is referring to the land closing to Graywood. I believe this was a delayed close while they worked through the application.
 

SPA resubmission with the following stat changes:
  • Storeys down from 45 to 36
  • Height down from 147.25 to 123.34m
  • Total units down from 531 to 400
  • Underground levels increased from 1 to 3
  • Total vehicle parking increased from 31 to 136
  • Total bike parking down from 585 to 450
Demolition permits have been submitted as of March for both 170 Merton and 180 Merton

Oh just hurry up already and get rid of the bronze coloured cladding Graywood, we know it's not going to get built like this.

Just get to the point and slap on that dull gray/black colour that you love so much.
