Not too much has changed, but we can see the facade is finally coming off the school in preparation for demolition.

I didn't realize this wasn't in the new community called Belvedere lol. Lots of these 5 and 6 storey buildings going up out there.

This will be a popular trend for some time to come. You can get a lot of units in a 6 storey woodframe, just look at the Heritage McLeod project. 500 uni9ts in 4 6 storey buildings! You could get 500 units from a couple of concrete highrises but at 3 times the cost.
