Yeah compared to the cheap ass corrugated panels, hardie board, and all the other junk going up, tbis is a big improvement. I’ll take 2000’s spandrel over the shit they're slapping up on Francesco’s any day of the week.

The Blue Spandrel district... thankful for the density but no thank you. At first, I thought there was reflective panels around the whole building.
