I get the science behind that, I was just asking because this seem more of this for this time of year than there was last. Perhaps I should of clarified the question better... /shrug

The very very barebones answer is warm (and wet) air + cool water = fog. It's not usually 20 degrees the second week of April!

...well, I guess that's a fair point. It's also has been raining nearly everyday now seemingly since Christmas. >.<
