They’re starting to peel off the wrapping on the white panels, I think this building is going to look good.
The white looks nice and clean. I'm waiting to see if there are any gray panels like the rendering shows? Personally, I'd prefer all white panels and the gold-like balconies, and that's what I'm hoping for.

Jemm's projects always seem to turn out nicely, even if their designs are somewhat conservative. The workmanship and materials just seem to be top notch. It makes me optimistic that their building at 16th near Centre St will end up looking nice, even though the renderings are sort of bland.

There is a second panel tone. I’ve only seen it driving by this week so I need to get a better look standing but it felt a bit more golden gray at first glance. Hopefully that’s correct.
I'll try and snag a pic of the other panel tone. I'm curious to see what it looks like up close.

Beat me to it! I took these around 4:30pm.
I did snag a few so I might as well post them. I will say one thing about this color is it’s interesting. It looks different in different lights and I think it’s going make the building standout.
From this distance the second tone color looks almost white.
From here very much like a gold.
Very dark from this angle....though I'm wondering if this is a third tone?

I noticed that too that it changes a lot depending on light and angle. Approaching from the east side, the two tones almost looked the same and I wasn't sure if my eyes hadn't played tricks on me before. Then where the panels are in direct light the difference appears more substantial. Will for sure add subtle interest.

Seems like a missed opportunity, given that there are stores next door, it's next to a train station, and across from a grocery store with a large parking lot.
