Ah I see that now. Just can't find any images of that building (Graftons?) in that configuration (post 1917 fire?) before it was just covered up in cladding.

The Birmingham is already open and is just an event space though in an existing building. I was confused to see this because to my knowledge Core Urban isn't associated with this at all, though I may be wrong?

It's a tenant of theirs in 69 John. Core Urban occasionally promotes their tenants on their instagram feed.
