    The balconies on the East side appear to extend slightly higher now (above the break in the mechanical levels), and it looks like balconies were also added to the south face. Definitely a Casa-efficiation of the original design. Even (assuming) absent floors ending in ‘4’, this may end up...

    I remember hearing/reading a quote from Sam Mizrahi saying this building is engineered (twice?) as strong as your standard tower. For what that's worth. We'll likely see the structure lighten up a bit as we move up, but yes there is an impressive amount of material being built into this.

    Official heights aside, I do like the idea of having a spire/antenna here, especially one as substantial/beefy as this one. It gives our skyline a Manhattan-like quality to it. Going back to the observation level, the west views don't seem as impressive to me as I may have otherwise thought...

    Pleasantly surprised to see this. I can't recall of another instance like this where a design has flip-flopped back to the original. The addition of an outdoor observation level is fantastic. A surprising lack of updated renderings, but here are some perspective drawings:
