    I am glad to see this appears to mostly consist of townhomes. Based on the sister threads you created, other blocks feature large amounts of detached homes, which I think is misguided, particularly on greenfield developments, given the housing & climate crises.

    Glad some of the old facade was preserved. Preserving that would be far more authentic than the pastiche industrial vibe. The overall use of brick is nice, but the amusement park water tower and smokestack are too much.

    Taking one single family home with a large lot on an arterial and turning it into 31 townhomes. For the suburbs, this is good intensification.

    In terms of speed, I don't think it should be much of a surprise that the current level is taking so long. It is where the elevator core for the tower originates. This is the most complex floor in the entire building. I think it will speed up just a bit through the rest of the hotel section...
