Hmmm... closing Bloor Street 89 more times might become problematic.

Got a chuckle from your linked slide: "...the kind of messing that we're talking about, but you can see that..." ()

The shorter, curvy 79s south tower could turn out ok if executed well ... fritted balcony glass (not perforated metal) is a must imo. Grasping at straws I know, but done right this tower could mitigate the waterfront views (somewhat) of its taller, less intelligent siblings to the north.

Be interesting to see how they treat the mechanical enclosure and if they carry the fins up like the model (night lighting?). Rocket301

A floor every 2 weeks would be great... so it would top out in July 2025. I know Sam has his photo op already planned for the last piece of steel. Link

^ Like many here I agree that Concord has polluted our town with way too many bargain basement builds (unfortunately this one looks to be a 299m stain on the skyline). But why did you flip (horizontally) the rendering... my old brain couldn't process this for a few minutes... is there some...

Wasn't there a fair bit of interest (half a century ago!) in Commerce Court's height to width ratio from the engineering/architectural communities? I realize it's downright chubby now with the proliferation of pencil towers...
