But the whole is for all four towers?

What is your estimation of when this will be at grade?

Mississauga Hospital Expansion (Trillium Health Centres, ?s, ?)

I live in Mississauga and had a pregnant wife. Our child was born in Oakville despite this hospital being close to us. This hospital desperately needs an overhaul

    Toronto | M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | IBI Group

Speaking for myself I don’t do anything in my backyard that needs privacy. If I got a hot tub I’d put up some hedges around it. But otherwise I’m not doing anything exciting when people look down into my yard. I do like that from my house I can see the lights of the condos from both sides of my...

    Toronto | Sherway Gardens Phase 1 Infill | 149.3m | 45s | Diamond Corp | Hariri Pontarini

I don’t know how some of these lrt projects haven’t got shelves in the ground other than Scarborough subway eating up all the funds.

Exchange District South (Mississauga, Camrost Felcorp, 4x ?s, architectsAlliance)

Wasn’t the original exchange towers supposed to include one the same height as m3 until it got chopped down.

    Toronto | Edge Towers | ?m | 50s | Solmar | Rosario Varacalli

That might make more sense banana balls.

“Should see excavation started Q1 in 2022 for the final 2 towers.” I thought this was a total three tower project. There’s four towers going up?

What I am gathering here is that there is almost as many people who would like to watch people play video games than watch argos football.

    Rogers Centre Renovations

You would have to be crazy to move a team out of Toronto because of the market size. The value of the team would be considered higher simply because of its location. Therefore I don’t see that happening. Montreal was in a totally different situation. The big O was a big mistake since day one...

https://3downnation.com/2021/03/25/how-cfl-attendance-has-changed-over-the-past-fifty-years-with-a-close-look-at-b-c-and-toronto/amp/ Look at the third biggest market in North Americas stellar support for the cfl. 12000 a game while league average is 25000. Soon the argos can play in varsity...

What evidence do you have to support this claim. And I didn’t realize it’s one leagues responsibility to make sure another league survives. If the league is reliant on the argos to survive then they are already on a sinking ship. The argos are beyond irrelevant in this market.

    Rogers Centre Renovations

I don’t understand Torontonians who say these types of things. Toronto is the third biggest market in North America. Do we still have a self esteem problem?

I would have nfl season tickets day one. A number of my friends would as well. Hockey might be upscale in Toronto with corporate suits but in general is hockey really upscale?

I don’t understand either. Since the argos switch owners every few years has almost no fan base and to which I got free tickets to a few years ago for buying a dozen donuts at Tim hortons. If the argos are the glue of this league then it’s just a matter of time till it all collapses.

    Rogers Centre Renovations

In baseball with no salary cap I would much prefer some rich dude who would just spend and spend on salary then a corporation who wants to put just enough in to look competitive without actually being competitive. I’m not saying Ed is the man but In baseball I can only see the upside of a...
