Most likely it's the same leadership, but cost of materials and labour have skyrocketed so they do what good leadership does to keep a project going.

This building is turning out very well indeed. one of my favourites in the city. I don't understand the hate.

Definitely not a full field, the ad says 3 vs 3 so they will not have 11 v 11 on there. the pillar between the fields is just waiting to have someone to have a bad time with it

With Canada soon to ban foreign ownership, you would think this project would feel a bit more urgency to start selling earlier than June to get the last bit of that foreign money.

Wish they could update Toronto yearly with the pace of constructions here. but GE is still much better than Bing Maps which is 10 years out of date for Toronto

After months of delay (and therefore more cost) to change the architectural expression and some other people don't like the new expression, do we go back again for another architectural expression.......???? If you want timely and cost effective transit projects, ANY Public involvement is bad...

You would have the problem of right turning cars on every intersection which you don't have to worry about with the current design. The current design has to contend with left turning cars but their are many more right turns possible than left.

that say only means more cost and delay however. for example one reason we seem to be only using TBMs is because it is "less disruptive" but if we used much reduce cost, which would have possible made it easier to go with a longer line to begin with with make the entire line underground...

Why should the public be involved in station design at all. it would only increase cost and delay to the project. The less public involvement in transit projects the better things are i.e. cheaper and faster construction. Look at the Montreal REM L'est for why you shouldn't get the public...

"Improving" it means making it too expensive to build in both more cost and time.

Since only 40% of a residential building exterior can now be glass, someone explain to me how the render is going to be built. Since the rule change came into effect, Toronto has been getting much worst looking buildings in my opinion.
