Oh wow. This is already quite tall, and it's just the smaller segment too. It's looking wonderful.

In direct light this building looks nice. Could still have used better materials but i'll take it. It's when it's not so sunny out and you lose all that jagged definition running up the tower.

just a jumbled mess. it ruins the definition between towers in the dundas-jarvis skyline IMO..

This is going to be one of the most drastic changes to the skyline coming up. For what it lacks in height, it makes up for in density, girth and location. This site is laying such an important piece to Toronto's urban fabric IMO.

it's like they took leftover scraps from ten york to put together a building.

gutter trash.. that frit looks like broken glass. ugliest building of the year and will probably hold that title

At the end of the day, IMO it will still look good. The cladding is dramatic and sharp enough.

this tower looks much taller than it's 196m height.

That skyline render gives a bad perception as CIBC square, One Yonge, the developments along bayside and whatever else is being built in the lower east side of downtown will fill up the empty space. Toronto will have a radically new postcard shot from the lake.

that glazing looks fantastic, imo. should be easy to spot on the skyline with that brightness

this shot is giving me bloor/yonge south view from st clair vibes.. the city is growing up so fast

i'm personally digging the northside curtain wall as it continues to be applied. the ripple effect is sharp

The shift area already has a bit of glazing.. it looks great too. I'm so puzzled as to who made the cladding choice on the podium floors

this building looks incredible in the skyline driving south on the dvp, especially with that notch
