Sometimes though having different lines share the same routes can have problems. My friends who live in San Francisco always complain that when one line has issues basically the whole system comes to a halt when the problem blocks a major route.
I just noticed a 10 car train on the Milton line. They've been 6 car trains during the pandemic. Is the increase happening on all the lines that were reduced?
I think they are proposing one car units to be used on Finch West but can they be used as 2 car units if ridership increases and are the stations being built large enough to handle double units?
C’mon guys! An opinion is an opinion, neither right or wrong. To each his own. There’s too much “You are nuts! I”m the only one who is the authority on architecture here” comments on this website. Sometimes I get the feeling there are a lot of wanna-be architects or ones from competing firms...
Hopefully they did a background check on this guy to make sure he doesn’t have a shady history or we’ll be having protests and sign damage in a few weeks.
I wouldn’t worry about it too much. It will take 20 years before completion of this project (like City Place) and during that time we’ll have several changes in all levels of government who will change anything and everything one after another.
Great shots! Incredible view! I still think there should be an observation point from that area incorporated into the new development at the port area for those views.
