I hope NAIT will start building around their new station.

I don't doubt that development will ramp up around both Blatchford stations sooner than later.

Unless it's a lot that is extremely prominent, then they tear the building down asap then leave it empty for years.

I do hope that constant life will come to that side of the library.

Despite the look of this building I still hope something else gets built next to the tower sooner than "what could very well be" much later.

I love how this will further add to MacEwan. I hope that after this is built expansion of the campus can continue north.

At least if they declared how long each of these last steps would take I'd be somewhat ok with their timeless timeline. But of course that would be way to revealing.

A ramp to the door would be wise. Murals on the roll shutters would also be nice. Have they opened yet?

Well it appears the footprint of the new facility is right over top of the current pool. It is unfortunate but I look forward to the new building.

Considering what is on the go right now it definitely is just previously promised. As soon as valley line south is finally done a further push towards St.Albert needs to be made.

Driving past today I saw a number of workers around a big sign advertising phase 2. My only guess is they added that sign today.
