I'm not sure what's going on at this site, but it's directly to the North. Structural steel has been delivered and tower crane components. Not sure if it's the materials for the Industrial Campus being stored here or another project.
The large Ash Grove CRH Cement plant across the street. Loads of Limestone come in from Colborne, Ontario by ship. The Slag loads come from Nanticoke, Ontario and Coal from Sandusky or other ports. Empty railcars are spotted and loads pulled by CN.

Well it looks like this new building is the new home for the Peel Region. I assume the old building (photo2) will be torn down soon as protection now surrounds the growth on that back hill.
