So Westrich posted on their Instagram today that they have purchased the Horne & Pitfield site and they'll call both sites Ice Tower 1 and Ice Tower 2. I can't post the video but the co-CEO, Richie Lam, was in the video.

Any update on this one? Guessing market factors have delayed this or it's been put out to pasture.
