Post a good floorplan!
No way...a SEPARATE kitchen is a must. None of this open-concept business for me.

Post a good floorplan!
Best floor plan I have seen in a while. I'm looking to upsize and an older building seems to be the best way to go.

Islington Village / Six Points (Etobicoke)
It seems logical to have the entrance there, but it would take up a lot of space inside and be a mess in the winter. The main door is right across from the subway entrance in the mall and is very convenient.

I could just weep that these beautiful buildings are being tampered with.

The Yonge street facade covering the parking garage is just awful!

Why do we make everything so complicated?
It looks like an electric razor from the 70s.

Toronto's best residential streets
Kingsway Crescent in the west end is a gorgeous residential street with many of my fave homes.

It makes most of the towers around it look shabby in comparison.

That's the way life goes, sweetie. I'm not lamenting the dozens of gay clubs we've lost over the decades.

I wish they would get a nicer 'tree' for the square. They have been using that ratty old thing for at least 15 years.

I am always surprised that these tiny units have a dishwasher. Washing up by hand would create more space...or is the dishwasher for storage? LOL

Help me rate these plans!
#3 and #4 both have a proper entrance. I dislike having to enter right into the kitchen.
