    Manchester square is actually almost fully leased. Mercury Block is going to be an even bigger success with all the surrounding residential/commercial developments popping up and so many more planned.

    Based on the development permit, Mercury Block II is only going to have 2 levels of underground parking compared to the 3 levels in Mercury Block I. This building is going to come out of the ground that much quicker 😍
