Its actually been the Hyatt Regency for about a year now after a 40 million dollar reno. Its quite nice and modern on the inside and the prices are almost exactly the same.

Hands down Red, please stop with the Green nods, A suburban mall look does not respect the area. The way Red highlights St Lawrence Hall is wonderful.
