This might be silly idea but just thinking ... was there an opportunity to to put the street car platforms underneath the new south concourse at union? and have a pedestrian runnel to the subway platform?
The Quay Tower 4 project is suppose to extend the west tower similar to how they are doing it for the east tower

To be clear I am advocating more the the technology not the company. I am hoping if more interest in shown in the technology other companies will develop competing products
are you talking about the automated shuttles they tried? I think this is bit different then that ... but yes its still a relatively new technology but definitely one i think we should keep an eye on

According to the video, its autonomous vehicle that is guided by painted lines on the road and feels more like a train than a bus when riding it. Controlled accelerations, rubber wheels, stabilizers make it feel more like a train
