I think I read somewhere .. April 2025 for sure we will get our deposits back if we don’t agree to revised terms. That is our deadline. It’s also in our Tarion docs.

Then what’s the problem with building uptown’s for what we paid for on contract price lol Raw materials have come way down

USA and Canada probably in cahoots on this .. USA doubles profits , Canada keeps its real estate market up with the lumber inflation

Yeah the Uptowns seems like they’ll have two choices: 1) ask buyers for more time and money, or 2) cancel project #1 won’t happen

Good luck to them finding buyers lolol.. no chance they’re selling the project again

Which they won’t lol. They will increase price, increase construction time, but it won’t matter because we will cancel agreements and get deposits back in May 🥳
