It has tons of character and fits the street so well. Would love to see the inside. I always thought that if it was to be torn down, there is no hope for Yonge Street.

I think it looks great! Would be nice if Form was to develop the remaining vacant site.

Has anyone heard of anything happening with the rest of the fire site? Once the Portland street condos are occupied it will really change the feel of the area.

You guys should go to the media to find out what the hell is going on, I am sure they would look into it.

I guess that exposed side of Dukes will be covered with graffiti and crap till the rest of the fire site gets built in. Still it is nice to see activity there.

Aynone have any info on whats going up there? It looks like a single store front by the width of it. I past there a few weeks ago and it was just the Dukes site that was under construction this other one is a surprise.

Knew it was too good to be true. that it would be restored. More crap to be built at Yonge Dundas.....

Now that we are starting to see the impact that Trump will have on the skyline, I am glad that Bay Adelaide was not built taller as it would have taken away from the effect of Trump.

That building has been neglected for so long its hard to believe they could put any new stress on the facade. It has tons of potential though......
