I don’t know the definitions myself, but I would say deliverability scores higher due to it being cheaper and easier. I don’t argue it would be cheaper and easier, but often the better option is harder and costlier.

Regarding the Oxford location. I hope someday there will be a redesign for a hotel/residential tower ~65 floors with a spire just tall enough to make it the new tallest.
Sad to see older/cheaper stock apartments going, but the result is a net gain of residential units. Units that will be older cheaper stock in the future.
We’ve been through these arguments already, but as much as you hate cars, the fact remains, people who drive cars have a right to complain about construction. Cars and drivers are part of society. Why should cyclist have more of a right to complain about construction than drivers?
