All quite well possible yes but it will not hurt having a fair amount of press when that day comes if it happens while sales is in full swing.

But his lack of mortality might which was St James point. 🤔 (I.e. lots of press upon his death of how great of an architect he was will surely create a lot of attention and the fact that he will not be designing any new projects will provide a bump in sales on his projects I reckon.)

Agreed. But people are also losing their minds because of the quality of materials being used as well. Those balconies are breathtaking, regardless of the colour.

Not to pile on but Toronto is grey enough! Please go with red or another vibrant colour.

I like this project. Bravo. But can we get more red, including some brick, developments on the waterfront please.

I really like this development but agree that the entrance area could be warmed up a bit. A whimsical S L M (St Lawrence Market) or something similar as shown in Bibi L’s photo from above that I crudely edited. (Letters would be a bit smaller then how I drew it) Source: Bibi L

Different vantage point. Thank you Rascacielo! Unlike viewing this development from the west where it will be quite layered, I believe this will look fairly monolithic viewing from the east side.

Thank you. I’ve seen that pic before but to me it is a bit inconclusive. Is it the glow of the lights? Look at the exterior to the elevator shaft further below. That portion we know is complete and is a “dark grey” but in that pic it appears the same golden as the mechanical levels...

Please tell me the mechanical level exterior highlighted in the red box below will be covered with something? I don’t mind the industrial look of it. (It is a mechanical level after all.) But it needs to be finished with some other colour than black to provide a nice contrast to the...

They are essentially up to the red line. It is going to be huuuuge.
