I didn't see anything the last time I was that way a few weeks ago. But then again I didn't realize they were adding a stair there. Is it supposed to be on north or south side of Dundas? I'll have a look the next time I go by.

Seems like the Parliament slip Queen's Quay triangle is about filled in. (Although a bit hard to tell from ground level).
