    155 Church St (?, Adding 2 floors, ?)

Well not sure if should be, but they aren’t all that pretty to look at. They need ...something, that’s for sure.

Apparently breathing clean air is just not stylish.

Wow these are great for Pickering. So many projects for them. So exciting. Some great projects for the city

That TI3 sign is very dumb. Don’t need a sign on every side. Let’s not ruin this thing already with something that takes away from the buildings shape. It will certainly remind me of L tower with its crane spot, if this sign goes ahead, which I’m sure will. Sadly.

    Toronto Toronto | Y&S Condos | 130.77m | 38s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

This kinda starts off ok at the base but as it goes up it’s just kind of, meh. The top needs some set backs at random hieghts or something. Similar to the base but set in more. And on all sides. To some kinda squared point might be neat.

So just took a closer look at the renders and looks to be a very disturbing patterned spandral nightmare. Fingers crossed I’m so wrong. Pour Toronto!

you know they’ll say what they can to justify it. All developers seem to find a way to do this. I don’t get it personally. Why design a. Building that should be first off designed based on many factors of course but. Cost should be added into it a head of time. And thought about well beyond any...

It’s very different bring it on. More like this please. Personally love a “janga” look.

Wow this is taking forever to finish. Just be done decking this thing already

    Toronto Toronto | The Capitol | 60.35m | 15s | Madison Group | Hariri Pontarini

Can’t see Toronto ever getting something “cool” like this ever. It’s just to modern for those who approve such things. They’re sadly limited to what they approve.

And not every new post has ever been about an update. So. Let’s not go there please.

It’s not a rule that it’s prefered but we get ya. Impatience on progress and updates gets us all at the best of times. Just remember we are not here to fight but to discuss the buildings at hand or anything that relates to it. So all comments and questions posts... videos are all relevant. This...

    Toronto Toronto | 55C: 55 Charles Condos | 167m | 50s | MOD Developments | a—A

I Don’t suggest many of these building looks around the city but this one for some reason is growing on me a lot. It’s a little different has many interesting qualities about it. Busy. by not crazy in your face to much busy. But more eye catching. In my opinion alone I’m sure. And, it sets it...

Ya when did they announce the changes for this. Like how far back.

    Toronto Toronto | 191 Bay | 301.74m | 64s | QuadReal | Hariri Pontarini

agreed that this tower should maybe at least appear slimmer. But everything else design wise so far is great. The spire and roof line and vertical shapes along the edges are fantastic. For this spot it adds change from flat roofs and sets it apart from the rest here. Yet still fits in. As the...
