Exterior seems to be finished, really hoping the green slip along kingston gets turned into a nice parkette, Orchard Park is a perfect area to redevelop i’ll take a better photo in the daytime soon,

Not much development on this one but another angle 🫡

Even though i’m not a fan of the design of the building, i am excited to see development in the area and more housing directed towards students as of 9/26/24 it seems the podium has begun construction

the Kingston road building seems to be almost done with the floor count and the Northern building (Military Trail) is about halfway done

Looks like construction on the foundation has started i’ll keep updating this every couple weeks for progress photo’s 🫡

Cladding on the east side of the building is almost done, Sidewalks have also been finished looking forward to its completion :)
