Do you even live in the city? I’ve lived in the neighbourhood over 10 years ago plus now present day. I can speak on my personal opinion. Without it being completed it still has a lifeless feel that I can’t shake off.

If no elevated park it just doesn’t work here.

One of the best run south street burgers in the city hands down. Street level vendors are just fine why would something expensive need to go here? Sugar Wharf levels out the neighourhood and is a welcomed addition.

They made so many new one way streets around this development. Will be so difficult to get too..
