That is pretty cool to see! I remember my uncle putting a basement in his Cabin, but they moved the entire thing off its spot to do it... mainly because they had the room.

That is completely fair, my only experience really has been 111 street LRT living around it before and after and going to the U of A Hospital lots from work I avoid it like the plague now. I dunno I guess I see an LRT is going to disrupt and change a neighborhood whether it is at grade or...

They really hate the idea of an elevated line... my goodness. Because it's done so terrible in Vancouver and Calgary and just destroyed neighbourhoods lol.

Just drove by there the other day, looks beautiful. The Fiancee and I were scoping out infills for the future. My friends just purchased an infill not far from there.
