That parking lot is a great spot lol It's where I snagged some car pictures earlier, and a few tower pictures I keep forgetting to edit.. along with all my other edits i am behind on. Regular work just ruining it haha

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't they look into re-purposing it, but the cost of rehabbing it alone was a ridiculous price? And comparing to buildings in the vicinity is a little ridiculous lol. But that is just me. PS I love the old power plant.

That thought did cross my mind for sure, but I'd rather this option then them demoing it.
