What are you talking about? Brentwood, Bridgeland, Erlton, Banff Trail (sorta), Heritage, Fish Creek, Westbrook, Victoria Park, and Saddletowne all have varying levels of TOD. Edmonton has Century Park, Stadium, Clareview, and Holyrood (sorta). Soon SPR/142. That's half the amount Calgary has.

Outside of rush hour, the trains are never busy and are frequently very empty I've noticed. While the Capital Line does not have traffic volumes outside of peak hours, it does seem to retain ridership better outside of those hours.
