I've never donated before -- CKUA is a little too "boomer" for me sometimes -- but I do value their work and some of their programming. So I threw them a few bones. Hope they pull through.

There is so much churn in terms of sales on 116th Street lately (including several adjacent houses that recently sold closer to Sask Drive), that I wouldn't be surprised to see that street look a lot more dense in the next 5-10 years.

This may come off as facetious, but I truly give credit to the Oilers taking a gentlemanly loss in the circumstances.

7.5% over four years is ridiculously low-ball given the lengthy series of zeroes that the APS has received over their last two contracts, but AUPE is obviously shooting really high with 26.

It's within walking distance of my home, but it's not exactly a pleasant walk having to cut through light industrial streets. Weird location for sure.
