There are a lot of no name shops but also a decent number of anchors: crappy tire, no frills, shoppers lcbo, beerstore mcdonalds, tims, etc and they are all decently busy. I would assume they are keeping the mall, there is so much space around the mall that they can develop easily, the parking...

I don't like this new design, I was hoping to see more retail fronting liverpool here. there's also quite a bit of setbacks

I noticed when driving through that these new bike lanes aren't at the same level as the sidewalk like on highway 7 (it's hard to tell from the picture), and in the presentation they describe the bike lanes as having "mountable" curbs so it looks like cars can easily drive into the bike lane...

I agree that the rendering is a bit optimistic with regards to bayly lol, but I believe that the krosno creek runs west of this development so the rendering is somewhat correct that the area west will be left as parkland in between this development and the single story plaza...
