Covid and financing has had a lot to do with the delay of starting this project.

There will be more submitted. I know of a couple that are not on that list yet. still working on the logistical side

I never heard about the financing being pulled for Edmonton Motors. That's a difference however if financing got pulled for that, I'd imagine the same developer will have issues to kick off a different tower. Again all speculation

My gut tells me that with Augustana not filling up, Edmonton Motors about to get underway, this one could be delayed. I have not heard from anyone for facts though
