    I don’t know if there is much worth saving here, to be honest. I walk past these buildings almost daily and it’s not a particularly pretty building. I doubt anyone would invest money in trying to keep anything here. But you never know….

    The location question is still open and potential options have expanded. There are some limiting factors to the CBS site that makes it less than ideal. But there are some potential options that are also very exciting and still include the U of A.

    I'm guessing rental? I know they had trouble selling some of the units in the last tower. **Edit: Great news, regardless! One of my favourite developments in the city. The retail area raised the bar in the city, imo.

    Haha yes we are definitely a bit starved. But I think this one will probably get more attention than other projects due to its location. PRIME spot and important to get it right.

    Yeah I had noticed that one, but it was the only project I could find by them. I definitely hope they bust out something far higher quality for this one...
