I had not heard of this Badlands track, but I saw a news story last week about this other upcoming race track a little closer to Calgary near Carstairs: http://rockymotorsports.com/about/ Interesting that we might be getting 2 high class motor racing venues within a short drive from the city.

They have changed the land use near the Rundle station to allow for future development of a TOD. This is the master Plan for the area from the city: Rundle Area Master Plan

Although no photo updates on the website since April, there is updated Google Earth imagery from July 10, 2019 that you can use for an interim comparison of the northern side of the project anyways. As you go south the imagery is older.
