    Toronto Toronto | 777 Victoria Park Avenue | 112.74m | 35s | CreateTO | Sweeny &Co

I've said it once I'll say it a million times construction companies could make a killing off of YouTube monetization by putting a live stream camera on the bottom of a crane cab I would probably be checking the feed every day of like every project

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

So was looking at influenceGTO's Instagram looks like the core has bolt studs for another eight posts that join to these to create the superstructure of the crown

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

This building would also look absolutely terrible with a spire The crown is perfect I get it there's a lot of people on here that are all about that height but no matter what sky Tower is going to be the tallest for a while and when the markets improved we may see someone try for the 400 m mark...

I don't think they will those flanges look like they are to attach the cladding of the exoskeleton too though I could be wrong

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Sky | 300.2m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

I think we may see a faster pace once they get on to the actual tower template which I think were about four floors away from now

    Mississauga Toronto | M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | Arcadis

I think that there is a crown extension above the final concrete floor that will give it the final twisting shape Just looking at the renderings those almost look like faux panels

    Toronto Toronto | The Pemberton | 215.79m | 68s | Pemberton | a—A

Damn that is a tall floor plate 😲😲😲

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

photos taken from the crane operator in one blower West that looks like one big crane

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 351.85m | 106s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Pretty soon we are all going to be doing the 10 9 8 count as we get near the top
  10. C

    Barrie Toronto | 10-24 Grove Street West | 85.55m | 27s | SkyDev | srm Architects

Yeah with it being up on the hill it's going to look taller than Bayview waterfront
  11. C

    Collingwood Toronto | Harbour House | 26m | 6s | Streetcar | CEBRA architecture

So I'm almost positive that the wood cladding on the front dovetail has been ve'd though looking at the building I actually prefer this decision as it would have made the front look way too crowded and messy

    Toronto Toronto | The Charles at Church | 152.7m | 47s | Aspen Ridge | BDP Quadrangle

That is what is great about this site is that we can all express our likes and dislikes of a project have the minor discussion on it and still go about our lives without rage hating everyone this site has become a little bit of peace and quiet in a very loud world Just speaking for myself Don't...
  13. C

    Toronto Toronto | Park Road | 97.43m | 28s | Capital Developments | Diamond Schmitt

I'm impressed how quickly it is going up looks absolutely mint so far
  14. C

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 351.85m | 106s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

So with this crane jack does that put the crane above 300 m yet
  15. C

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

Was looking at the crane operators insta this morning looks like they have got all of the scaffolding fully disassembled so we may start to see a little bit more movement at the top now
  16. C

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

I now have a habit of tuning into the crane operators Instagram daily to check out pictures from the top of the crane it's kind of cool
  17. C

    Toronto Toronto | One Delisle | 155m | 44s | Slate | Studio Gang

Someone definitely needs to get a picture of this view once these two buildings are topped out and complete it and the one actually compliments each other really well
  18. C

    Wasaga Beach Toronto | Mosley Commercial Plaza & Hotel | 20.22m | 6s | Street Properties | Chamberlain

Lots of infrastructure work going on in this area both a long lyon court and ramblewood It also looks like most of the grading has been completed on this site and will most likely start to see water and sewer infrastructure being installed in the next few weeks
  19. C

    Wasaga Beach Beachfront Redevelopment | ?m | 6s | Stonebridge + Sunray | VA3 Design

The last few times I have been down there I have only really seen them working down on the north most section with nothing really going on on the other part
  20. C

    Collingwood Toronto | Harbour House | 26m | 6s | Streetcar | CEBRA architecture

picture of the front facade from the other day wondering if they're just going to stick with the full window or if the other portion of the facade will be added can't remember if they changed the design
