I've said it once I'll say it a million times construction companies could make a killing off of YouTube monetization by putting a live stream camera on the bottom of a crane cab I would probably be checking the feed every day of like every project

So was looking at influenceGTO's Instagram looks like the core has bolt studs for another eight posts that join to these to create the superstructure of the crown

This building would also look absolutely terrible with a spire The crown is perfect I get it there's a lot of people on here that are all about that height but no matter what sky Tower is going to be the tallest for a while and when the markets improved we may see someone try for the 400 m mark...

I don't think they will those flanges look like they are to attach the cladding of the exoskeleton too though I could be wrong

I think we may see a faster pace once they get on to the actual tower template which I think were about four floors away from now

I think that there is a crown extension above the final concrete floor that will give it the final twisting shape Just looking at the renderings those almost look like faux panels

Pretty soon we are all going to be doing the 10 9 8 count as we get near the top

Yeah with it being up on the hill it's going to look taller than Bayview waterfront

So I'm almost positive that the wood cladding on the front dovetail has been ve'd though looking at the building I actually prefer this decision as it would have made the front look way too crowded and messy

Was looking at the crane operators insta this morning looks like they have got all of the scaffolding fully disassembled so we may start to see a little bit more movement at the top now

I now have a habit of tuning into the crane operators Instagram daily to check out pictures from the top of the crane it's kind of cool

Someone definitely needs to get a picture of this view once these two buildings are topped out and complete it and the one actually compliments each other really well

Lots of infrastructure work going on in this area both a long lyon court and ramblewood It also looks like most of the grading has been completed on this site and will most likely start to see water and sewer infrastructure being installed in the next few weeks

The last few times I have been down there I have only really seen them working down on the north most section with nothing really going on on the other part
