I don't care what kind of urban design spin you try to put on it: Baseball Place is one of the biggest park design failures in the City. The increase in user pressure will only highlight this more. It's not friendly for anyone except for pop-up markets. Dogs, children, sports, readers, eaters...

I'm glad Henry's is staying in the neighbourhood. I saw a "coming soon" sign in the retail at the base of Fleur at Shuter and Church.

Maybe to beat IZ? We should see a few more like this across the City in the coming weeks. Side note, I agree, @Northern Light belongs on Urban Toronto's Mount Rushmore.

There's all sorts of heritage on this site in the rear and Lake Ontario setbacks, but I did see some blue monument monitoring wells on-site driving by. Would be a great spot for some seniors housing if they could weave it in the backside somehow.
