I don't think I can. Most of that information is confidential. All I can say is that the city got what it wanted and full steam ahead! The retail space in this project is going to be interesting! Can't wait to hear what people think several years down the line.

The lifetime dev twitter acct posted an image of the rental homes being demolished. I believe this is due to the fact that they finally received NOAC. I'm looking forward to seeing the shovels on the ground and shoring to begin.
