Not sure if there’s an existing thread of this heritage building renovation (I searched and couldn’t find any). I passed by tonight and noticed it was beautifully done, and the crown lighting was absolutely stunning!

Lots of micro units (less than 500 sq ft). They’re targeting Ryerson students while still pitching this as a luxury condo?
